2. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

2.1 Subscription Plans:
Users can subscribe to one of the following plans:

• Weekly Subscription
• Monthly Subscription
• 6-Month Subscription
• Yearly Subscription

2.2 Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed securely via our chosen payment gateway.
• Your subscription will be activated once the payment is successfully received.
• All prices are in NGN and are subject to change.

2.3 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation:

• Subscriptions may be automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.
• No refunds are provided once a subscription is activated.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are only issued if the user’s account was not activated after payment due to technical issues on our end.
• If your payment was deducted but your subscription was not activated, you must contact our support team within 48 hours to request a refund.

3.2 Non-Refundable Cases:

• Activated Accounts: Once your subscription is activated, you cannot request a refund.
• Digital Product Nature: As our content consists of digital products, users can download movies immediately after subscribing. Allowing refunds after activation would enable fraudulent behavior (e.g., downloading movies and then requesting a refund).
• User-Initiated Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription after activation, you will not receive a refund for the remaining time.

3.3 Chargebacks & Disputes:

• If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, your account may be permanently suspended.
• We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent chargeback claims.

4. CONTENT USAGE & RESTRICTIONS

4.1 License:

• Subscriptions grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to stream and download movies.
• You cannot resell, redistribute, or publicly display our content.

4.2 Account Sharing:

• Your account is for personal use only. Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited.

5. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms.
• If your account is terminated due to violations, you will not be eligible for a refund.

6. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

• Arewa Movies TV is not responsible for any internet issues, device compatibility problems, or third-party payment failures affecting your access to the service.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may occasionally schedule maintenance downtime.
