1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Arewa Movies TV concerning your access to arewamovies.com and related mobile or web experiences. 3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use, supervise your account, and accept these Terms for you. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
4. User Account Registration
You must provide current, complete, and accurate information when registering and keep it updated. You may not impersonate another person, create an account using unauthorized information, or use registration to evade an earlier restriction.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and activity under your account. Use a strong, unique password, sign out on shared devices, and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request reasonable verification before changing sensitive account details.
6. Subscription Plans
Plans may be offered weekly, monthly, for six months, annually, or for another period displayed before purchase. Each plan may have different access, streaming, download, device, or renewal conditions. Prices may be shown in Nigerian naira (NGN) and may include or exclude applicable charges as disclosed during checkout.
7. Payments and Activation
A paid subscription becomes active after payment is confirmed by the payment providers used by Arewa Movies TV and the platform successfully applies the entitlement to your account. You authorize the applicable charge shown at checkout. Digital access and downloads are services or licenses, not physical goods.
8. Subscription Renewal
Some subscriptions may renew automatically when that option is available and enabled. The renewal period, price, and material conditions should be presented before you confirm payment. You are responsible for reviewing renewal settings and keeping a valid payment method available.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel through your account when that function is available or by contacting support. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal; it does not normally end access already paid for before the current subscription period expires. Deleting the app or stopping use does not itself cancel a recurring plan.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatic after a subscription has been activated or digital access has been provided. We may consider a refund or account adjustment when a confirmed payment was charged but access was not activated because of a technical issue attributable to Arewa Movies TV. Any decision will consider transaction records, use, and applicable law.
11. Failed Payments and Technical Payment Issues
If you were charged without activation, contact support as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours. Include the account email, transaction reference, amount, date, and non-sensitive proof of payment. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, PINs, or one-time codes. Failed or pending payments may delay access.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact support first so we can investigate an unrecognized charge, duplicate payment, or activation problem. A chargeback may cause the related subscription to be paused while records are reviewed. Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and further review, without limiting rights available under applicable law.
13. Personal License to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, Arewa Movies TV grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access authorized content for private, noncommercial entertainment. No ownership interest is transferred to you.
14. Streaming and Download Permissions
You may stream content made available to your plan. Where a download option is specifically enabled, you may download the eligible title only through the authorized feature and subject to displayed limits, expiration, device, and location rules. A download does not grant permanent ownership or permission to extract the file.
15. Prohibited Content Usage
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, publicly perform, publicly display, commercially exploit, modify, translate, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected content. You may not bypass access controls, digital rights management, geographic controls, or subscription restrictions.
16. Account Sharing Restrictions
Your account is for your personal use and any household or device access expressly allowed by your plan. Do not share credentials, sell access, or allow unrelated users to use your subscription. We may limit simultaneous sessions or request reauthentication to protect the service.
17. Unauthorized Redistribution
You may not upload, repost, broadcast, mirror, seed, distribute, or otherwise make platform content available through social media, messaging services, websites, file-sharing networks, physical media, or any other channel. Commercial and noncommercial redistribution are prohibited unless written permission is provided.
18. Screen Recording and Content Copying
You may not screen-record, capture, rip, scrape, copy, extract, or defeat technical protections applied to movies, series, subtitles, audio, artwork, or other protected material. Normal screenshots of account or support information must not include or reproduce protected video content.
19. Intellectual Property
The platform, its interface, branding, original text, software, and licensed content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Rights may belong to Arewa Movies TV or its licensors. These Terms do not permit use of names, marks, or content beyond the personal license stated above.
20. User Conduct
You must not use the service to commit fraud, harass others, introduce malware, probe security, automate unauthorized access, overload systems, manipulate payments, or interfere with another user. You must comply with applicable law and reasonable security instructions.
21. Device and Internet Requirements
You are responsible for a compatible device, supported software, adequate internet connection, and any carrier or data charges. Streaming quality and download speed depend on network conditions, device capability, settings, and available infrastructure.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as available” and without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Arewa Movies TV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from service interruptions, device issues, third-party failures, or unauthorized account access not caused by our failure to use reasonable care. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.
